Rank with Eva provides “Eva,” a 24/7 AI-powered SEO manager that helps local businesses get found on Google Search, Google Maps, and AI search by managing and optimizing their Google Business Profile, reviews, posts, and local search presence. The Site provides general information about the service and lets you book a discovery call or request a free SEO audit. Any services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Site;

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These SMS Terms govern your participation in the Rank with Eva text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to the rest of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.1 Program Description. We send a mix of marketing and transactional/informational messages to individuals who opt in. Depending on your interactions with us, messages may include marketing messages (promotions, special offers, news, and other promotional content about our services) and transactional / informational messages (responses to your inquiries, appointment/consultation confirmations and reminders, account or service updates, and other information related to services you have requested).
3.2 How We Collect Your Information and Obtain Consent. We collect your mobile phone number through the booking / scheduling calendar on this page. When you book a call, you are presented with a clear consent disclosure and must take an affirmative action to opt in (for example, checking an unchecked consent box) before any recurring messages are sent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you give us your express written consent to send recurring automated marketing and transactional/informational text messages to the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
